EXHIBIT SPACE FOR 2024 IS SOLD OUT!
Marketing: The 2024 Festival will be marketed
via social media and email marketing to 500 Black book clubs and 5,000+
readers. In addition, our social media platforms reach
100K+ combined fans/followers on
Facebook and
Instagram.
The authors will be grouped
according to genre and there are 23 different genres, as shown below.

Author Registration
Authors may reserve an author table at the 2024 NBBF with a deposit, according to the
following schedule (all NBBF fees are non-refundable).
Registration includes a 6-foot covered table with tabletop signage for
two days with breakfast on both days, two chairs, and two vendor badges.

Once your deposit is made, the
author's name and link will be added to the NBBF website within 48
hours of registration. AFTER

To have your photo placed on the NBBF website pay your one-time author photo fee
of $89.00 by clicking "Add to Cart" here. Your photo will be added
to the NBBF website within 48 hours of receipt of payment and photo, and
remain on the NBBF website until Dec. 31, 2024.
The photo is optional.

To make interim payments or to pay
amounts that are different from those shown above, log into your Paypal account and send the payment
to the following email address:

In the subject, put "NBBF Payment," your payment will be posted to
your NBBF account, and you will receive a confirmation email. For
authors that have already made deposits, you should have already
received a Paypal invoice from which you can make incremental payments.

Small Business/Educational
Institution Tables
NBBF accepts a limited number of
non-book/small business and institutional vendors. The registration rate for small business vendor tables is only
$400.00, with a 50% deposit due upon registration with the final
balance due by July 31st. Small business exhibits include premium
placement in the exhibit area, one 6' draped table, 2 chairs, 2 vendor
badges and table signage and 2 tickets to both the Friday and Saturday
breakfasts. The small business/institution vendor packet should be downloaded and
reviewed by all vendors who reserve tables, and is available here:

Publisher Exhibits
The registration rate for publisher exhibits is only
$500.00
and a deposit of 50% due upon registration.
The remaining balance is due by July 31st.
Publisher exhibits include
12' x 6' draped tables, 4 chairs, 4 vendor badges and table signage and 4 tickets to
both the Friday and Saturday breakfasts. The
publisher/vendor packet should be downloaded and reviewed by all
publishers who reserve tables, and is available here:

Cancellation Policy
As indicated above and on the registration form all
vendors must submit, all NBBF deposits, fees and other
payments are non-refundable and there are no exceptions. However, in the event of an
exhibitor's (author, publisher, or small business) cancellation, the
following policy applies:
- For exhibitors that have made a
deposit on a vendor table for the 2024 NBBF, their name/link is still listed on the NBBF website's home page with a "supporting" status. The
name/link will remain until Dec. 31, 2024.
- For exhibitors that have paid their
exhibit fee in full for the 2024 NBBF, the exhibitor may opt to have $50 of the fee
applied to next year's event as a deposit toward a vendor table. The
remaining balance would be due by July 31, 2025. The amount of the
remaining balance would depend on when the original registration was
made (e.g., early bird, standard, or late registration).
- Vendor table registration fees and
event ticket purchases are
NOT transferable to marketing, advertising, or other programs, nor
are they transferable to a different vendor.
